With the exception of people whose line of work includes standing in front of camera there is a bit of unease and discomfort standing in front of cameras.

Overweight people also feel discomfort when they imagine themselves going over their marriage photos. This can even cause them to take as little pictures as possible.

There are ways around trying to look good for your wedding pictures. This is not limited to your willing to lose the extra weight before the big date. Normally the set date and time will drive you to better achieve this.

The concern over your weight might be due to the fact that your previous pictures were not so great. This is not a good judge however as most of your pictures had been taken by amateur photographers like your family and friends.

A way around it is to get a professional to capture your pictures.

Try and talk to your photographer over your concerns. This will provide them adequate information on what to lighten and what to take out when they are taking the picture.

With the use of good posture a photographer can make a client's double chin disappear. They can also use light to under the chin to reduce the effects of the double chin.

A professional photographer knows how to effectively and majestically use his cameras functions to full effect. By using bouncing light off a reflector, changing color settings, the position of the light, and even the way you are made to pose can be used by the photographer to make you look perfect before the camera. The myth that everyone gains 20lbs in front of a camera is rubbished therefore as the photographer can easily make you lose that weight.
