Using cosmic ordering has a lot to do with the power of intention, which is a combination of our desires and our belief that we can create a new situation and belief that we deserve what we are asking for. For cosmic ordering to work, you have to really want what it is you are asking for and you have to believe that you deserve it.

If you believe in the fact that you deserve a better life, ask for it, without being affected by the fact that you have not really worked for it. That's how sound your belief should be.

This is not too hard to grasp, is it? It doesn't involve strenuous spiritual exercises, but asks for self confidence. If you place your confidence in positive things, that positive change will influence your life. However if you meditate solely on negative aspects, the effects shall be adverse.

If in your heart of hearts you think that you might get fired soon, then it'll affect your performance and you will get fired! If you consider instead that you deserve a car or a house, and strongly believe in it, you will get a car soon enough.

Most people have had so many years living in unhappy circumstances and seeing themselves as being 'undeserving' that it is impossible for them to manifest what they want.

Your subconscious ming might try to deny the effects of positive thinking, but the message of positive thoughts must be sent across to it.

For success at cosmic ordering you need to train your subconscious mind to make this change possible.

Sooners' QB Bradford To Have Season Ending Surgery

Oklahoma's junior quarterback Sam Bradford will likely opt for season ending shoulder surgery. The reigning Heisman Trophy winner was to announce his plans at a Wednesday night press conference, but that has been canceled with no official word from Bradford expected before Saturday. Despite the delay, unnamed sources close to the situation indicate that there is "a very good chance" that Bradford will go under the knife in hopes of insuring a better opportunity with a NFL team next season.

Despite every indication that the decision to undergo surgery to repair an injured AC joint in his throwing shoulder is to eliminate the potential perception that he is 'damaged goods' in advance of the NFL draft, University officials stressed that there has been no official decision in this regard.

On Wednesday, Sooners' coach Bob Stoops addressed the media about Bradford:

"He just wasn't ready to fully answer everything that'll want to be asked and for sure what he wants to do just yet, until he has a few more people to visit with. That's it. I won't say another word about it."

"Sam's whole situation, he'll have something to say when he knows what his path will be, and that isn't right now. I'm not the one to answer it. He will. And I will once he feels he's ready to and knows for sure what he wants to do."

OU quarterbacks' coach Josh Heupel talked about the conflicting issues that Bradford is currently dealing with as he tries to decide what the best course of action to take is:

"I think it's extremely difficult for him, coming back for all the right reasons, wanting to have an opportunity to go compete on the football field, compete for championships and then having all those things taken away from you. There's a lot of hard work that goes into it and when you invest that much, it's going to be extremely disappointing. It's not an easy situation for him, certainly."

Despite their 3-3 record, Oklahoma has played well this year. The losses came to top level opponents BYU, Miami and Texas by a total of five points. Still, there's no real hope for a return to national championship contention.

Had Bradford opted to go to the NFL last season, he could have been one of the highest players selected in the draft. He had a monumental season last year, throwing for 4,720 yards and 50 touchdowns. With his struggles this season and his injury, his future at the next level has grown somewhat more problematic. He could elect for surgery and opt for the draft this season, realizing that he'd be viewed as something of a 'risky choice'. Otherwise he could return for his senior season in hopes of improving his stock though that is always a dicey proposition due to the risk of additional injury.

Chicago Blackhawks' Great Stan Mikita

While NHL hockey players from the country formerly known as Czechoslovakia"as well as other Eastern European nations"are commonplace today, Chicago Blackhawks great Stan Mikita was something of a pioneer. Other players with a flashier game such as Bobby Hull became better known, but you can make a compelling case that Mikita was the best center iceman in professional hockey during the'60s. Mikita was born in Sokolce, in what is now known as Slovakia. He was sent by his family to the Toronto, Ontario area as a young boy to avoid the political strife in the area prior to World War II. An aunt and uncle adopted him, and he changed his name from his birth name of Stanislav Guoth adopting their last name of Mikita. Like most young Canadian boys, he started playing hockey and quickly proved to have an impressive aptitude for the national sport.

As a teenager, Mikita starred for the St. Catherine Teepees of the junior league Ontario Hockey Association. In'59, he made the jump to the NHL for good joining the Chicago Blackhawks. He played sparingly in his first partial season in the NHL, but quickly became an important part of the Chicago offense in his first and second full seasons as a pro. In'61, he led the team in playoff scoring as they won the Stanley Cup"his only championship during his career and the last time the franchise would win the NHLs highest team honor.

The following year was when Mikita really began to make a mark in professional hockey. Centering the dangerous Scooter Line with Ken Wharram on the right wing and Ab McDonald or Doug Mohns on the left wing, he became one of the most feared offensive scorers and playmakers in the league. While he played in the media shadow of Bobby Hull, Mikita was considered by most hockey cognoscenti to be the real offensive catalyst of the team.

Never content with being a one way player, Mikita was a fearless defender and one of the most reliable faceoff specialists in the NHL. He also started a revolution when he became the first to play with a curved stick blade. That was considered radical, almost avant garde at the time but is now the standard in the NHL.

Early in his career, Mikita played a tough, rugged style of hockey that made him one of the most penalized players in the game. In the mid'60s, however, he began to play a much cleaner and more sportsmanlike style that would earn him the Lady Byng Trophy for most gentlemanly player twice. According to legend, his young daughter prompted the change of play with her frequent questions about why her daddy spent so much time sitting in the box on televised games.

In addition to his Stanley Cup victory, Mikitas career accomplishments rank among the most impressive in the history of the sport. He won the Art Ross Trophy as the NHLs leading scorer four times (1964,'65,'67,'68), the Hart Memorial Trophy for Most Valuable Player twice (1967 and'68) and the Lady Byng Trophy in'67 and'68. He remains the only player in NHL history to win the Ross, Hart and Byng trophies in the same season (1967).

Mikita suffered from chronic back ailments later in his career, and finally retired in'80 having played his entire career for the Chicago Blackhawks. He was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in'83, but became known to a younger generation in a more unusual way. In the movie Waynes World, Wayne and Garth frequently hang out at a donut shop based on the Canadian Tim Hortons chain. The name of the shop is Stan Mikitas Donuts.

The California boasted, among other things, the first front-engine V8 in Ferrari's stable, as well as a retractible hardtop and double-clutch 7-speed transmission. At the same time, the California retired the ever-popular manual gearbox, meaning an era has truly come to an end. But the car has a wheel in the future and the past.

No one ever complains about being forced to spend time behind the wheel of a Ferrari, but as a "grand tourer," the California adds its speed and handling to a desire for the cross-country roadtrip. Aiding in this venture is the "2+" design, a two-door four-seater. Now you, as driver, can show off for two more people than before.

The California's name is a nod to one of the great Ferraris of the last century. The 250 GT California came on the scene in the late '50s and pleased many a mid-century driver. That particular model was made famous in the 1986 John Hughes movie "Ferris Bueller's Day Off." In that film, the car was a 1961 Ferrari 250 GT Spyder California, one of fewer than a hundred cars built. It was also, if you recall, destroyed in the movie's climax -- but worry not, that was just a replica.

But anyway the Ferrari folk liked the car, and the name, and so it was passed on. It could've been called the Des Moines, but the California seems way cooler. And in any event it's definitely a 21st-century machine. This new California goes zero-to-60 in a bit under four seconds, tops out at 193 mph, and is Ferrari's most aerodynamic car yet.

This is a big car, and a fast car, but it's not one of the really mean Ferraris. The California has actually gotten a rep as a car that plays as nice as it rides. It looks good, sure, but not crazy. It has speed, but not that mind-numbing kind. And it has been said to have, by some, a large ass.

None of which is to say that the Ferrari California fails any kind of test, whether in appearance or in how it rides, or even in backseat space (which is, admittedly, a bit limited, but still a backseat). It's the car you want when you want to go somewhere far away. For that very quick trip cross-country. It's the new minivan. Or well no, not even a little bit, but the California is indeed a car you'll want to spend a lot of time in with people whose company you enjoy at high speeds.

No list would be complete without the mention of Happy Gilmore. Sandler acted in the role of a golfer, who has anger management issues. The golfer is not into golf that much too. It is a treat for sports fans as well.

Another culprit for the fashion police has to be Russell Brand. Trousers that skinny really should not be seen on a man, particularly when paired with ruffled tops or vests and too much bare chest. Brand takes the 'New Romantic' look to extremes and, in contrast to the easy vest wearing style of Shia Labeouf, his tendency to expose his chest speaks only of self-vanity. Strangely, Brand's clothes are rather similar to the costumes of 'Captain Jack Sparrow,' which Johnny Depp carries off with such flair in Pirates of the Caribbean. However, Depp looks great because he is meant to look like a pirate, he's not adopting the costume as an everyday style!

Sadly, our male stars don't even have to be attempting anything radical in the style stakes to go badly wrong. It would be easier to overlook the occasional hash up if the man in question was going all out to try something new, but when even the rudiments of the male wardrobe are continually desecrated, then it is harder to forgive. Simon Cowell is a man who seriously needs to go back to basics and throw out those horrendous high-waisted trousers and stacked shoes. On some courses you just put the clod back and step on it to press it down, but on most courses, there is a sand/seed mixture on the course to put into the divot. If your ball makes a deep impression when it lands on the green, you can use your divot tool to repair it.

As soon as you have completed a hole, replace the flag and leave the green as quickly and quietly as possible (there may be another team teeing off at the next hole) so that the next players can play that hole. Count your score and write it on the scorecard as soon as you get back to your cart.
